Techne Industrial Sand Bath Fluidized Bed in the UK is a safe, efficient, and low consumption method for effectively cleaning polymers on systems and components such as molds, breakers, nozzles, tools, connectors, nozzles, screws, valves, etc., including plastics, paints, epoxy resins, rubber, adhesives, and other hydrocarbon products such as oils, liquids, lubricants, oils, and coatings

Immersing into the Techne sand bath at a temperature of up to 600 degrees Celsius, aluminum oxide immediately begins to degrade and carbonize the plastic. This instant heating minimizes quenching time, shortens cleaning time compared to traditional furnaces, and maintains a uniform and constant temperature hot bath, reducing metal fatigue and tool damage

Techne is compatible with fluidized injection of compressed air and inert gases (such as nitrogen or argon), with cleaning times ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on bath load, temperature, and amount of cleaning material
